Responsibilities
Brasfield & Grie, a recognized leader in the construction industry, has an exciting opptunity available f a Seni IT Business Analyst. The Seni IT Business Analyst is the expert driving the change of process improvements and implementations among multiple projects to ensure efficiency, improve accuracy and consistency, and achieve maximum optimization of department employees by use of processes, technology, and/ automation. This individual must demonstrate strong attention to detail and must be able to wk individually and/ with a team.
This key position is located five days per week in our cpate office in Birmingham, Alabama.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Responsible f the implementation of systems and processes to better suppt thepany objectives
Gather requirements f projects
Drive other’s ability to understand and write technical documents/requirements
Identify and eliminate unnecessary duplicated tasks
Automate simple activities and identify ways to perfm some activities simultaneously
Rmend future process improvement opptunities
Use technology to add automation, improve accuracy and consistency
Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to uncover better processes
Codinate internal and external resources when needed
Streamline processes to help improve efficiencies
Define scope details f each process implementation and track progress topletion
Document existing and new process integration implementation specifications
Rmend process improvement opptunities and partner to help implement and suppt
Develop and provide the right metrics to measure process quality and productivity
Serve as expert change agent with strong credibility and influence in the departmentanization
Ensure deadlines, objectives, and projects are met on time
Document current state and future state wkflows
Suppt, codinate, and provide repts and any other requested infmation f internal external clients when needed
Teach users & suppt effective training including documentation
Lead and implements multiple projects as needed across thepany
Ment and train peers to be knowledge experts

  College diploma university degree in the field of Computer Science, Infmation Systems, Software Engineering Management Infmation Systems preferred a related field of study with 2+ years’ practical hands-on experience.

Knowledge & Experience (in two me)
Microsoft development stack (.Net, .Net Ce, C#, MS-SQL)
Web Based Framewks (JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, SCSSCSS, Angular)
Experience wking with, creating RESTful APIs
Experience wking with object-iented programming languages
Experience creating wking with DevOps automation (Pipelines, CICD, Deployments)
Azure Technologies (web apps, search, caching, service bus)
Relational database design, querying, and programing concepts.
Unit TestingEnd to End Testing, UI Testing, Test Driven Design.
