Canvas is looking for a talented Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Light Helicopter Product Office (UH-72 Lakota) in the management of the fleet and modification programs.

Requirements:

Develop contract requirements documents-including Statements of Work (SOWs), Contracting Officer Representative Letters (CORLs), and contract clauses-for current and future efforts, and review contractor-submitted documentation (e.g., Contractor Field Teams reports, maintenance actions, Engineering Support Memorandums) for accuracy, completeness, and cost-effectiveness. Examine, evaluate, and execute daily part exclusions across the entire fleet. Collaborate with Logistics, Fleet, Business, and Engineering teams to support and optimize fleet operations. Prepare detailed reports on contract status and government responses to contractor proposals, including analysis of contracted rates and burdens. Communicate effectively with contractors regarding Contractor Field Teams and Over and Above (O&A) repairs. Apply strong analytical skills to perform detailed calculations, define problems, develop solutions, and create actionable implementation strategies. Utilize knowledge of systems and system integration principles to support technical and operational objectives. Participate in weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager (PM/DPM) staff calls. Contribute to analytical studies, reports, and white papers; support the design and refinement of new procedures, processes, and techniques using data-driven insights. Prepare and present comprehensive evaluations and reports; provide analytical support to cross-functional working groups.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree Desired Minimum of three (3) years working on US Army aviation-related programs/projects, no less than five (5) year’s experience desired

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
