In this role you will serve as a logistician, responsible for development, analysis and review of program materiel management and fielding of new and displaced systems under Total Package Fielding (TPF) concept, software upgrades and sustainment services. Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzes and develops as required by the Improved Target Acquisition System PM; the Memorandum of Agreements, Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP), Memorandum of Notification (MON), Mission Support Plans (MSP), Material Requirements List (MRL) and authorization documents to determine End Item, Associated Items of Equipment (ASIOE), Basic Issue Item (BII), Additional Stockage List (ASL), Prescribed Load List (PLL), Test Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), Special Tools & Test Equipment (STTE), technical manuals, repair parts, and executes supply transactions to retail systems required to support and TPF for specific weapon systems. Performs as command Total Package Fielding representative to New Material Introductory Briefing teams and material requirements conferences with material developers and gaining ACOM representatives for the purpose of developing logistics support concepts for assigned weapon system. Performs as command TPF representative and member of the PM’s Integrated Process Team (IPT). Coordinates necessary efforts to ensure all fielding, software upgrades and sustainment services are formed, trained, and available to meet the schedules when the new equipment is delivered. Ensures receiving ACOM is fully informed of the details of the Fielding, Software Upgrades, Sustainment Services and NET training, along with coordination of the transportation, delivery and receipt of equipment at the fielding/training location. Establishes early and continuous coordination and be a liaison with Force Modernization Officer, Fielding Integration Readiness Officer, Logistics Assistance Representative, Command Representatives, project managers and commanders of lateral subordinate commands to ensure the Material Fielding and Training plans are timely and adequate Prepares customer requisitions, tracks, expedites and maintains status of fill. Resolves shipment discrepancies to package processing points and staging sites. Manages, coordinates, and executes Materiel Fielding, Software and Sustainment Services at the unit fielding site, performing joint inventory, deprocessing, customer documentation, Property Book transactions and providing nightly status reports of events.
