Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency Insider Threat security program. Summary of duties include but not limited to: + Analyze data, develop information, and assess available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. + Develop and project data, draw conclusions, estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past program situations, and understand the significance of conditions and trends. + Oversee and manage projects, programs, and/or tasks. + Provide leadership to lower-level personnel. + Prepare complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs. Identify impacts and effects of study findings and make recommendations. + Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. + Assist in preparation of presentations. + Conduct massive data analysis to include development of query techniques, prototype programs, and algorithms. + Prepares finished studies of factual data. + Prepare, review, and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to lower-level personnel. + Present briefings to personnel designated by program management. + Performs duties of including lower-level Analyst as required, including + Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs. + Write clear, concise, and timely reports that identify, interpret, and collate disparate pieces of information. + Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of program information and technical support requirements. + Conduct analytical and critical thinking (i.e. understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgements and provide recommendations to management). + Identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational program initiatives.

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications + Must have a current TS/SCI and counterintelligence (CI) polygraph + Bachelor’s degree is required. + A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience are required. + Preferred work experience in national security or security-related matters. + Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome; navigate multiple browser windows, and copy/paste to and from different applications. + Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
