JOB SUMMARY
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Provides consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. Supports the enhancement and implementation of IT applications to meet functional business processes in support of the FMxC2 system and associated missions.
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and formulates desired results of scope. Includes analysis of business and user needs, requirements documentation, and system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Experienced to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Coordinates with Air Force led agencies to enhance and implement a common system to capture, access, and display, a common operating picture for critical logistics information from the source transactional systems. Facilitates requirements enhancement, operation and sustainment of prototype applications, models and databases to identify optimal solutions for integration concepts and problems integral to the integration process. Identifies and provides process improvement areas as they pertain to logistics, FMxC2 programmatic and proposed course of action to improve system efficiency. (FAO) Provides end-user support through Tier 1 support desk. (Global Reach) Identifies Global Reach and FMxC2/MAF LOG C2 system changes to support both military and commercial logistics requirements, including OEM support. (LEAP) Identifies Logistics Evaluation Assessment Program (LEAP) system changes to support both military and commercial logistics requirements, including OEM support. Identifies and manages enhancements to FMxC2/G081 for use of air to ground communication processes in support of mission generation capabilities.
RELEVANT EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
5+ years of Experience with FMxC2 / G081 and associated modules and interfaces (GDSS, Global Reach, ETIMS, IETM, EMOC, and LEAP) Agile Software Development Experience and Training. Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and values.

Remedy, Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management), PL SQL Developer, CSCS, Dev/Ops, Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E), HP ALM, Visual Studio, Git, and the MS Office suite of software. Familiar with Cloud One, AWS, Azure and
