Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Document requirements and create clear specifications that can be understood by the ServiceNow development team
Enable agile methodologies and capture business requirements in agile stories
Liaise with stakeholders and developers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the business and its users
Provide proper communications to all stakeholders throughout the requirement and testing process
Manage the team work queue as needed

Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details:
Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Experience:
3 years experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems or testing analysis.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a valuable contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.
Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
Strong time-management and organizational skill, Proficient
