About Our Payor Program Team We are a six-member, high-performing team that is known for our innovative problem-solving and purposeful ingenuity. We thrive because of our unique team cohesion, which allows us to provide deliverables for a variety of Health and Wellness leaders. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Insurance Reconciliation and Payor Analytics. What you’ll do: You will work closely with others on the team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, focused on providing meaningful insights that result in significant business impact. You will gather information from multiple sources and document findings clearly so that others can build upon it and use it to support ongoing initiatives. You will communicate frequently with cross-functional teams and work on large-scale projects across Walmart. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area. Expertise in optical insurance contracts and revenue cycle management. Strong skills in contract review, business strategies, and data analytics.
