Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly inventory metrics and coordinate actions needed to meet internal targets Prepare and analyze financial metrics to drive financial reconciliation activities to meet demand, supply, and inventory plans Prepare and analyze inventory, net inventory turnover, and review forecasts, plans, and performance to drive improvement opportunities across the business Prepare capacity analyses to ensure capital expenditure and production readiness planning across sites and programs. Prepare operational metrics to develop recommendations to drive inventory and cost reductions Lead and present sales, inventory, and operations planning analyses and recommendations to leadership Lead and drive analyses related to Internal and External delivery reporting to drive 100% on-time Develop tools for real time problem resolution for materials metrics and look for opportunities to improve the business Support continuous improvement and ensure controls are in place for SIOP process and procedures Establishes clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP Act as liaison between stakeholders to drive projects and communicate results & expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports are aligned; analyze any variances Utilize tools, knowledge, and techniques to meet project requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience OR relevant experience Must be a U.S. citizen Experience in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related analytic fields Fluent with SAP MS Office Suite. Excel-Pivot Tables and PowerPoint-creating presentations Experience communicating and presenting to a wide variety of audiences Ability to analyze large sets of data with attention to detail

Desired Skills:

Understanding of financial metrics and operational drivers that impact profit and loss Inventory analysis experience Demand planning and supply experience Experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool

Pay:
