We are a leader in call center technology, lead generation, and telecommunication. Our focus is currently the health insurance and medicare markets where we have grown to a substantial market share in Health Insurance and are quickly growing in the Medicare market. Our core philosophy is to build and provide the best customer experience to the end user (currently as an individual enrolling in a health or medicare plan) through seamless telecommunication and digital user experience, while providing a best in class SAAS solution for call centers to manage their operations and customer workflows start to finish from telecommunication to product quoting and operational performance reporting. In a more simple explanation, this means we are able to partner with organizations to generate their sales opportunity and revenue by handling their website, marketing, operational technology, and operational reporting allowing them to easily make intelligent business decisions improving their bottom line and growth. The Business Analyst will report directly to our Director of Technology, supporting in bridging the gap between the business needs of the Health Insurance Agency into technology solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams within our organization to understand how to support our broader agency ecosystem. This role will be responsible for documenting business requirements and context, analyzing operational workflows & anticipated impacts of technical requests, and translating between business context and technological requirements to support technical leadership, technical project management, and leadership in scope and plans of projects through to completion. The Opportunity You will analyze existing business processes related to our health insurance sales organization use of Fuego technology products to identify insight for areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities. You will analyze revenue data and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in Fuego monetization revenue performance. You will analyze existing business processes across our health insurance sales ecosystem, including how Fuego technology is leveraged for telecommunication, lead management, scripting, and operations workflows, to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. You will assess the functionality of existing systems and technology solutions supporting health insurance sales, identifying areas for enhancement or replacement. You will assess and document the potential ROI, Costs and Risks of new software or process changes You will need to measure policy revenue drivers, lifetime value, sales workflows and compliance constraints that the agency side struggles with and turn those into strategic initiatives to propose effective solutions. You will define our success metrics upfront and create simplified and clear documentation for the Executive Team to review and support decision making. You will collaborate with the QA department to define test scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that telecom solutions meet business requirements. You will conduct Post Mortems, identifying what worked, what did not and why, and define learning take home points to implement in the future. You will collaborate across Fuego leadership, Fuego IT team, and health insurance organization leadership team to implement software and development initiatives. You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the marketing tech, telco tech, and insurtech industries You will play a key role in translating cross-departmental needs into scalable, technology-backed strategies that serve the entire agency ecosystem – including sales, marketing, compliance, operations, and partner orgs like Neo. What you bring to the table You have 10+ years’ of progressive experience working with SAAS, online businesses and building technology in a Business Analyst role or similar, within the Health Insurance Agency industry and Marketing tech industry. You have experience in enterprise level software build outs, involvement in a health insurance adjacent industry would be necessary. You must have excellent communication skills and experience with balancing stakeholder needs, with the ability to translate the business needs into actionable requirements for the technical team and communicate objectively with all levels of leadership to help prioritize and find alignment. You have strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges and propose effective solutions. You have the ability to create detail oriented and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and process flows. You are familiar with data analysis tools and techniques to interpret and draw insights from data. You have a strong understanding of databases and the ability to query and analyze data for decision-making. You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or Tableau (pivot tables, calculated fields, visual representation of charts, graphs, conditional formatting, etc) to the point where you could teach a workshop. You understand project management methodologies and the ability to contribute to project plans. You are skilled in managing timelines, milestones, and project deliverables and demonstrate urgency in your projects. You are proficient in creating process models (flowcharts, diagrams) to visually represent business processes. You have the ability to think critically and objectively, evaluating information and making informed decisions by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. You thrive in a collaborative work environment and are committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business analysis. Location & Hours Hybrid, In office 3x/week, remote 2x/week, with minimum quarterly travel. Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL Your shifts will typically be from 9AM-6PM Monday- Friday. Compensation Our Salary Range is $100,000- $125,000 annually. (We have a flexible salary range for this position as we are open to a variety of levels of experience.)
