Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Analysis to bridge the gap between business operations and IT within the aviation and aerospace industry. This individual will be responsible for assessing the needs of various departments, translating business requirements into actionable improvements, and driving efficiency through technology-driven solutions. As a key liaison between business units and IT, this role will enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and ensure technological initiatives align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Business Needs Assessment:

Engage with all departments to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities. Identify process gaps and opportunities for technology-driven improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements that align with company goals.

Strategy & Implementation:

Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions. Work closely with IT teams to develop, prioritize, and implement improvements. Ensure new systems and tools enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Serve as a trusted partner and mediator between IT and business units. Strengthen relationships across departments by fostering clear communication and shared goals. Develop training and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Process Optimization & Data-Driven Insights:

Leverage analytics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement automation strategies to drive efficiency and reduce manual workload. Provide reports and recommendations to leadership based on key data insights.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in business analysis, IT strategy, or process improvement within aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.

Technical & Analytical Expertise:

Strong understanding of aviation and aerospace operations, supply chain, and data management. Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), workflow automation, and business intelligence tools. Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic action plans.

Leadership & Communication:

Proven ability to collaborate with executives, IT leaders, and operational teams. Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
