Job Description:
The client is a leading electrical parts distributor formed by merging three companies, is seeking a NetSuite Application Analyst to lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite and related applications (e.g., Zoho). This role is critical in our digital transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and support NetSuite ERP environment
Lead and document standard business process mapping
Manage master and transactional data migration efforts
Coordinate and execute system and UAT testing
Support Zoho platform and integrations
Deliver end-user training and documentation
Work with technical teams to ensure data integration and field mapping accuracy
Lead and mentor internal application SMEs
Support organizational change management activities
Required Skills & Experience:
3 5+ years NetSuite implementation and support experience
Background in distribution industry (must-have); experience in simple fabrication/assembly manufacturing highly preferred
Experience in application support
, business process modeling
, and data flow documentation
Strong skills in testing
, project management
, and business analysis
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g., SuiteAnalytics, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Nice to
Have:
Experience with Zoho CRM or related modules
NetSuite certifications
Knowledge of data visualization tools
