Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementation.

Process Analysis:

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Configuration and Testing:

Configure and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

User Adoption and Training:

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure user adoption and proficiency with Salesforce.

Project Management:

Assist with project management activities, including project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and the technology teams. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline (or equivalent work experience)

Salesforce Experience:

2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with a focus on process improvement.

Business Analysis:

3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project Management:

Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations. Ability to design, analyze, measure, and improve processes, and continuously monitor for effectiveness.

HVAC Industry Experience:

Experience working in the HVAC industry or similar field a plus. Preferred Qualifications Education/Experience

• 4 Year /Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related.

2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with a focus on process improvement. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
