Job Title:

Business AnalystJob Description As a Business Analyst, you will assist leadership in prioritizing work requests, enhancements, and other initiatives. You will implement business process changes and enhancements, collaborate with both internal and external partners, and analyze current and future business needs to provide integrated solutions. Your role will also involve diagnosing problems, coordinating with support teams, participating in audits, and handling other assigned duties. Responsibilities + Assist leadership in prioritizing work requests, enhancements, and initiatives. + Implement changes and enhancements for existing business processes. + Collaborate with internal and external partners, both onshore and offshore. + Analyze current business needs and anticipate future needs. + Provide integrated solutions for various business operations. + Diagnose and resolve problems through discussions with users and support teams. + Participate in audits and provide necessary support. Essential Skills + Proficiency in analysis and business analysis. + Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) in a functional support role. + Proficiency in reporting tools. + Experience across Oracle Fusion Modules such as Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Finance. + Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. + Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with staff and third parties. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role. + 3+ years’ experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry. Work Environment This role is based onsite in a manufacturing environment located in Orange Park. It offers the potential for growth into a management position.
