Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Technical Business Analyst to join our team and act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, defining functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of scalable technical solutions that align with business objectives. You will play a vital role in ensuring technology initiatives are effectively implemented, supporting digital transformation, and optimizing business processes through collaboration and deep technical insight.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new software solutions. + Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, wireframes, and process models. + Act as a liaison between business units and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the SDLC. + Work with development, QA, and product teams to validate and test solutions against requirements. + Analyze current business processes and data flows; propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. + Use SQL and data analysis tools to query databases, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making. + Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. + Maintain thorough documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.

Requirements Required Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software-focused environment. + Strong knowledge of systems analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies. + Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases. + Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar platforms. + Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-friendly language. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in API integrations, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise systems. + Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting tools. + Knowledge of UML diagrams, BPMN standards, or similar modeling frameworks. + Prior experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
