Job Description Integres is seeking a Metrics Business Analyst to support operational readiness and process improvement through robust metrics development and data analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical staff, leadership, and subject matter experts to identify performance indicators, eliminate redundancies, and enhance data-driven decision-making across shipboard maintenance, personnel readiness, and logistics operations. Work jointly with a Junior Database Developer and stakeholders to design, enhance, and maintain systems that capture, analyze, and report metrics critical to

operations. Translate complex data into intuitive charts, graphs, and reports that support daily decision-making and high-level briefings. Perform analysis on maintenance availability (Ao/Am), Preventative Maintenance Availabilities (PMAV), MET checks, cannibalization tracking, and other logistics/operational datasets. Review and support improvements to existing data structures, including the Microsoft Access-based Train-to-Qualify (T2Q) system tracking ~750 replacement sailors. Provide ongoing delivery of analytics, trend reports, performance tracking, and ranked performance outputs. Meet with Chiefs of Staff and Department Heads twice weekly to present progress updates, analysis results, and strategic recommendations. Assist with process improvement planning and help design tools to reduce rework and redundant manual tracking across the Squadron and ship staff. Qualifications Active secret clearance A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US University or equivalent military or commercial experience in the area of business and analysis-related fields. Three years of specific experience with business management and analysis including Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL and other similar areas and applications. Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including preparation and presentation of high-level briefings through the use of MS PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Access and SharePoint. Demonstrated capability of positive interpersonal relationships and possessing a team player approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both oral and written English.
