• Essential Job Functions:

• + Leads the planning and design of complex business processes and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

+ Works closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements and processes across systems and functions. + Translates business needs into functional specifications and communicates them to technical teams through detailed conceptual data/process models, including data dictionaries, system interface definitions, and volume estimates. + Leads the development and execution of complex test scenarios, ensuring alignment with client expectations and system design. + Authors and owns detailed business and functional requirement documents, use cases, and traceability matrices, maintaining alignment with evolving client needs. + Facilitates requirements workshops, solution discussions, and decision-making sessions with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. + Participates in and may lead user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and validation efforts, ensuring full alignment of solutions with business requirements. + Reviews and signs off on design and testing deliverables to ensure business intent is fully realized in solution implementation.

• Required Qualifications
• + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

+ 7+ years of business analysis experience. + Proven experience in end-to-end business process design and requirements management for complex, multi-system environments. + Strong understanding of life insurance products, business workflows, policy admin systems, and industry regulations. + Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid SDLC methodologies. + Demonstrated experience leading client interactions, managing requirements workshops, and providing thought leadership to stakeholders.

• Other Qualifications
• + Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. + Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. + Strong facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills. + Proficiency in business solutions tools (e.g., MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.). + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to travel for client engagements, as needed.
