• Advanced knowledge of financial industry trends, products andservices, technology, and regulations
• Advanced skill using innovative thinking to solve problems andfacilitate the decision-making process
• Advanced analytical thinking skills to include summarizinginformation and clearly identifying key elements, patterns,results, or relationships
• Advanced skill influencing and building consensus with businesspartners
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics,Finance, Information Technology or related field, or the equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience
• Extensive experience as a strategy practitioner well versed intheory and tools of strategy formulation as well as practicalimplementation of strategy within a complex organization
• Extensive experience in presenting findings, conclusions, andstrategic roadmaps clearly and concisely to stakeholders,management, and executive leadership
• Extensive experience in demonstrating thought-leadership,initiative taking, decision-making and creativity in solvingbusiness problems
• Expert skill leading with diplomacy and tact while maintainingappropriate assertiveness and persistence as well as influencingand building consensus with business partners
• Extensive experience in managing multiple prioritiesindependently and/or in a team environment
• Expert skill in being adaptive/flexible; acquire, recognize andapply new information
• Significant experience in delivering presentations to virtualand in person teams
