Summary:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and constraints Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and test plans Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision making and drive business outcomes Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation of solutions Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus on project deliverables Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive operational efficiency Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and are user friendly Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN or UML Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments is a plus Must be NIST Compliant-ship required for federal account
