Hybrid Tampa FL Responsibilities:
What are the objectives or outcomes this role is working towards ?
1) working independently and alongside operations, tech and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and analysis.
2) Ensure consistent and accurate requirements reflect the needs of for the SL program
3) Bridging the gap between operations, Tech and finance partners to effectively translate requirements
4) Facilitate communications and act as liaison between operations units , Tech and Finance to understand each others constraints

Process Improvement :
Current state analysis and future state design.
6) Data Migration and integrity : clear data mapping from old to new system and data validation during migration and after.

Manage Change :
Help manage the organizational change process ensure operations are prepared and remove ambiguity when the need arises.

Technical Skills:

2) Process modeling and documentation: Creating detailed process models, flowcharts ad documentation to illustrate current and future state process

Gap Analysis :
Identifying has between current process and the desired future state and solutions to bridge these gaps
4) Banking and financial knowledge, Finance and operations a plus.
