Program Support Planner
LOCATION
MacDill AFB, FL Streamline Defense seeks an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a Program Support Planner supporting the Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (HQ USSOCOM) Directorate of Plans, Policy, Strategy, Concepts, and Doctrine (J5).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, revise, and maintain administrative processes to support
USSOCOM J5
effectively. This includes coordinating with other offices, scheduling and organizing meetings and events, and managing correspondence and filing systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operational functions. Provide expert analysis, advice, and planning to assist the
USSOCOM J5
Director and Deputy Director in synchronizing strategy, plans, policy, and global efforts. Develop and recommend implementation strategies for various plans, programs, and policies related to the mission and functions of
USSOCOM J5.
Efficiently process, track, and organize information requests. Develop, coordinate, and monitor new initiatives, programs, or projects that support the Directorate’s mission. Work closely with other USSOCOM Directorates, SOF Components, and Theater Special Operations Commands to understand and summarize issues impacting senior leader decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a current
TOP SECRET
security clearance with SCI eligibility. A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a management or business-related field. At least five years of experience on a DOD 4-Star Staff, encompassing administrative tasks, document management, and preparing briefings for senior officials. Minimum of five years in Program/Project Management is required.
