Conduct in-depth analysis and requirements-gathering sessions to understand client needs. Audit existing features to meet the specific requirements of mid to enterprise-level clients. Conduct comprehensive process reviews to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Create client-facing functional design specification documents Work closely with Client-facing Project Managers to set client meetings and agendas Work closely with the development team and translate client requirements into clear and actionable recommendations for development teams. Create and execute client-facing demos and documentation based on deliverables
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the ERP or POS industry. Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies is a plus. Prior experience or knowledge of API is a plus.
