$44.40 – $57.71 / hour Summary The Performance Excellence Operations Consultant plays a key role in supporting the Data Analytics department with design and execution of process improvement and continuously creating new value for our patients/consumers, community and collaborators. The Operations Consultant is an influencer at various levels of the organization and acts as a facilitator, coach, and change agent with a balance of creative and critical thinking skills. Provides internal performance and process improvement consulting services for Lee Health while also collaborating across different divisions to operational performance goals. As partners to operations, consultants are responsible for leading large, complex and system-wide operations improvement projects that directly impact Lee Healths Operational Objectives. This position will have a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree required. A degree in industrial or related engineering, nursing, business administration (with quality/operations improvement emphasis), healthcare administration (with quality/operations improvement emphasis), organizational development, human factors, a science degree in a related field is preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of work in a consultative environment providing performance and process improvement consulting services. Track record of balancing multiple methods to successfully bring value to the client through facilitation, process improvement, change management, and design thinking for innovation. Some experience leading complex projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously.
Certification:
Lean Six Sigma preferred. Project Management Professional preferred. Change Management preferred. Sterling/Baldrige Examiner preferred.
