The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Defines, develops, and documents users/stakeholders needs in support of the achievement of business requirements.
Assists in and provides the definition and documentation of the business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop new software programs and applications.
Provides documentation and support to existing APD business applications regarding system enhancements.
Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing applications for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
Liaise with network administrators, database administrators, system analysts, and business owners to assist in resolving problems with applications/programs.
Minimum Qualifications A bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming; or
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the computer sciences, or management information systems.
Experience Ten (10) or more years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with experience in all phases in the system development lifecycle.
Experience with APD Client Management and Administrative systems and knowledge of APD policies and procedures relating to information technology and information security (highly preferred).
Certifications Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
