3 Months (with potential extension up to 3 years!) Required skills: 1. Minimum of seven (10) years in IT, with at least four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management; 2. Certification in process improvement methodologies and demonstrated proficiency in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, including a certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; 3. Strong skills in mapping out business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing inefficiencies; 4. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and/or specialized business process modeling tools (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN] software like Bizagi or ARIS); 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; and 6. Proven leadership and motivational skills.
