Perform in-depth systems process analysis and design
Develop new processes to improve efficiency
Identify process gaps, develop performance measures, and implement improved practices
Serve as the technical expert, advising leadership on technology and process improvements
Ensure solutions align with current and future program goals
Assist in planning and prioritizing business process engineering activities
Integrate business unit goals with department objectives
Minimum of seven (7) years in IT, with at least four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management
Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)
Strong skills in mapping business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing inefficiencies
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN software (e.g., Bizagi or ARIS)
Excellent verbal, writtenmunication, and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and motivational skills
Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the corrections industry (e.g., HIPAA, CJIS)
Experience in designing processes thatply with industry-specific standards
Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
