Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Jr. BA, you will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and help deliver data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Support in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Prepare reports, flowcharts, and presentation materials
Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions
Assist in testing and validating system functionality and performance
Coordinate with technical teams to communicate business requirements clearly
Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation
Maintain and update business documentation and process maps
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and tools
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus
Self-motivated and eager to learn
