Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available. Our client is seeking a Business Analyst in Miami, FL. Role Description Lead end-to-end business analysis for franchise product initiatives, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Support the product owner in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap definition. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met. Provide hypercare and rollout support for new features and enhancements. Contribute to solution architecture discussions and validate alignment with enterprise standards. Support incident and service request management by analyzing root causes and recommending permanent fixes.

Skills & Requirements Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in franchise operations, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) domains preferred. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a POD-based delivery model Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Sitecore

CMS, POS

systems, or digital ordering platforms. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
