The Business Immigration Analyst (BIA) position offers hands-on experience, professional development, and long-term career growth within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have a client-focused mindset and a strong attention to detail, with a desire to work in the dynamic field of immigration services. Key Responsibilities Learn the fundamentals of immigration case types and internal/client-specific processes. Assist in preparing and filing petitions with government agencies, including: Gathering and reviewing documents Drafting case materials Coordinating timely filings Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts under supervision to provide timely updates and responses. Meet deadlines in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs); escalate issues as needed. Summarize and manage large volumes of data within internal case management systems. Track and contribute to team and individual productivity metrics. Follow firm policies and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and internal protocols. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal certification OR experience in a client-facing or customer service role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food service). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to proofread and write professionally without AI assistance. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines. Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to adapt to various software systems. Positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Interest or prior exposure to immigration is a plus but not required.
