La oportunidad In Latam Distributors, we oversee 15 countries in Latin America. The focus of our organization is to support our distributors in these markets to achieve the annual goals. This position will lead and drive the business intelligence function by delivering strategic data insights across countries, distributors, brands, and retailers. Enable senior leadership, Commercial, and Marketing teams to make data-informed decisions by identifying key trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities that elevate business unit performance. Tus retos Drive the day-to-day management and maintenance of BI tools, dashboards, and reports to ensure reliable access to key performance data across countries, brands, and distributors. Oversee the monthly business performance review cycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency in KPIs such as wholesale, sell-out, stock levels, brand/country coverage, and main key retailers’ performance. Lead cross-functional coordination with internal and external teams to standardize and elevate the quality of data submissions and business reporting. Develop, launch, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualization tools that enhance decision-making for Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership to identify performance levers, conduct deep-dive analyses, and deliver actionable insights on retailer dynamics, brand performance, and regional trends. Promote a data-driven culture by training peers and distributor partners in analytical tools and techniques, improving reporting accuracy and insight generation across the board. Contribute to the evolution of Business Intelligence tools and practices by researching and recommending emerging analytics technologies—such as predictive models, automation solutions, or self-service platforms—to enhance reporting efficiency and forward-looking analysis. Other similar responsibilities as required. Nos encantaría conocerte si tienes Bachelor’s degree on business administration, management, data analytics, economics or similar, or the equivalent in experience on data/numerical information analysis. High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power BI, Power Query; programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL) is a strong advantage. Previous experiences in the Luxury or Beauty industry will be an advantage. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, build alignment across teams, and support the successful execution of business initiatives.
