Requirements:
Five years or more experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development and process improvement. Must have experience with the following
Enterprise Cores & Applications, Vital Software Applications:
Fiserv-Datasafe OR Fiserv-Nautilus.
Documentation:
Keeping records and generating reports.
Monitoring & Maintenance:
Ensuring system health and troubleshooting issues.
User Support:
Assisting and training users.
Updates & Upgrades:
Implementing and testing software updates.
Collaboration:
Coordinating with vendors and working with IT teams.
