Our client is looking for a SNOW Business Analyst to join their team on-site in Florida.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive recent experience with ServiceNow, specifically Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements that are aligned with internal policies as well as industry best practices.
Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions using ServiceNow.
Ensure the alignment of projects with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and related business processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and test cases.
Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes focused on optimizing the end-user experience.
ServiceNow certification is a plus.
