Eglin AFB, FL (Onsite) Canvas is seeking qualified candidates to provide program management support to the 780th Test Squadron on the TMAS contract at Eglin AFB in Florida! The 780th Test Squadron is the Air Force’s developmental test agency for air-to-air, air-to-ground and direct fire munitions. The individual should have a working knowledge of USAF and/or USN fighter airborne weapons systems, program management and DoD acquisitions concepts. The individual should have knowledge of

Duties:

Perform Central Control Facility scheduling activities including resource assignments, conflict resolution, and processing and communicating schedule change requests. Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls. Be proficient in Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing issues, reports accurate data, ideas and briefings with various levels of personnels in clear and concise manner. Proficient in analyzing and improving SQL and Java code. Conduct research and prepare non-technical statistical reports.

Perform Media Library management activities including identifying/documenting/controlling/scanning/downloading incoming mission media and receiving/logging/issuing/transferring outgoing mission media and data.

Manage and provide necessary documentation for requests for information.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 3 years’ experience

OR AS + 4

years additional experience.

Security Clearance:

Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance.
