US Business Analyst Job Summary:
This individual will support the Supplier, Strategic, Partnerships,and Operations Technology (SPOT) team, specifically, the CentralInvoicing Team (CIT).
Primary Responsibilities:
Support and help grow our CentralInvoicing Team. Partnering with technology teams create purchase orders (POs) andensure proper invoicing is completed in an accurate and timelymanner. Compare time and material data associated with all approved POstheir respective invoices. Identify, correct, and communicate anydiscrepancies both the business and finance teams. Reconcile items with vendor invoices tenure proper coding isprovided and all information matches prior submitting. Document CIT processes and methodologies and other information helpdocument and establish new processes as needed. Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timelymanner Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at alllevels of the organization
Basic Qualifications:
Basic knowledge/experience in relevanttechnologies, such as: 2+ years working with SAP and Coupa Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal andexternal communication Solid organizational skills and ability juggle and prioritizeprojects and tasks Strong attention detail Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with othersset goals, resolve problems, and make decisions Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels Flexible change while able manage and support multiple effortsconcurrently Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative manage day-to-dayworkflow with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed
