Risk Business Analyst 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32811 McKinley is seeking a Risk Business Analyst who’s ready to make an impact! In this role, you’ll help us deliver exceptional workforce housing by driving data-informed risk strategies, enhancing safety and compliance, and supporting smarter, more efficient risk management across our residential portfolio. We’re looking for someone who’s both tech-forward and field-savvy —an analytical thinker who thrives in project-driven environments and loves turning traditional risk management into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.

Compensation :

$80,000 – $95,000/ Salary + Quarterly Bonus Potential + Benefits Duties and Responsibilities Administers and enhances Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), including Alert Media, Riskonnect, Compliance Depot, and Risk Pulse; leads upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives. Partners with the VP of Risk and Insurance to identify emerging claim trends, develop actionable reporting, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Researches and pilots emerging technologies (e.g., AI, predictive analytics) to strengthen McKinley’s risk management practices. Builds and maintains dashboards (PowerBI and others) to surface trends, monitor risk KPIs, and support decision making. Analyzes incident reports, loss runs, and claim histories to recommend targeted operational interventions. Updates and authors risk protocols and documentation to reflect trend analyses, regulatory updates, and best practices. Supports emergency response operations through digital alert systems, remote monitoring, and technology-based interventions. Provides flexible support to special projects related to safety, security, or digital risk transformation. Conducts periodic property inspections to assess safety, liability, and operational risk exposure. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between communities. Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by senior leadership. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in project management, safety compliance, risk management, or a related analytical role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong experience with data tools (Power

BI, RMIS

platforms), reporting, and trend analysis. Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA regulations, and emergency response planning. Excellent communication skills; ability to present insights clearly to leadership, team members, and vendors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Comfort working in both corporate and field (property/site) environments. Are we what you’re looking for?
