Business Analyst Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We’re looking for a sharp Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You’ll gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive project success. Key Responsibilities:

+ Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys. + Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. + Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes for stakeholders. + Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solution alignment. + Support project delivery with testing and change management. + Present findings and solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams. + Maintain documentation for requirements and project deliverables. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role. Proficiency in requirements gathering and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio. Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience with data analysis (SQL, Excel, or BI tools) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
