Business Analyst, Sr Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Juno Beach, Florida. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead complex operational analyses, manage cross-functional project teams, and provide actionable insights to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding less experienced analysts and delivering high-level recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth operational analyses to identify key trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of project goals.
• Develop and review statistical analyses to support data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate with various business units to align initiatives and optimize organizational performance.
• Mentor and coach less experienced analysts, fostering growth and development within the team.
• Validate plans and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and integration processes.
• Oversee the implementation of decision-making frameworks that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage expense accounts and budgets related to projects and initiatives. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and data validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff members.
• Solid understanding of business unit operations and procedures.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as NIS and NERC is a plus.
