Position Specific Description
This Principal Business Analyst T&E position is located at the corporate headquarters in Juno Beach within the Finance Operations team of the Financial Center of Excellence (FCOE). This role would be responsible for day-to-day program management for the company’s corporate card program as well as the travel and expense reimbursement program.
Job Overview:
Employees in this role support the day-to-day administration and program management of the company’s corporate card and travel and expense reporting program. Employees in this role are the recognized experts within the organization for this area of focus and provide expertise and strategic focus needed to support informed decision making for this area of focus.
This position routinely conducts research and analysis for various corporate card and/or travel and expense related issues as well as interacts with employees throughout the organization in support of the program.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to T&E users
Ensures T&E Service Desk requests are responded to timely and accurately
Researches and resolves bank card and/or travel and expense related inquiries
Provides reporting and analysis support for various travel and expense related projects
Provides travel and expense related expertise, support, and training on an as needed basis
Assists with process and policy design and modifications for continuous improvement
Performs the reconciliation and processing for corporate billed statements
Performs other job-related duties as assigned Job Overview
