Business Analyst
Professional Services Apopka, Florida
Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Implementation Consultant, you will wear multiple hats, contributing to a variety of tasks that drive the successful implementation of our Document Automation solution for our clients.
This position will be onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis, including gathering requirements, identifying pain points, and defining business processes
Collaborate with the team to participate in quality assurance (QA) of the product
Coordinate project tasks and timelines to ensure smooth execution
Assist in training customers on how to use our document automation solutions
Support the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
Work closely with clients to ensure they are highly satisfied with the product and the ROIs are met
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to evolving project needs and tackling diverse challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in a tech-driven environment
Technical mindset with an interest in process automation (through use of AI, RPA and APIs)
SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask, juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus and quality
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Flexibility to work across different time zones when required
Enthusiasm for working with clients and delivering exceptional service
