The Program Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Program Managers, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and corporate leadership—to gather and analyze business requirements, oversee quality and security compliance, and improve operational and administrative processes across multiple programs. Role and Responsibilities Provide program-level data entry and documentation support, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making and present actionable recommendations. Track and report program performance metrics and KPIs; proactively identify trends, risks, and mitigation strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and testing plans. Implement quality assurance processes in compliance with organizational standards and government contract requirements. Assist in maintaining contract deliverable schedules and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Provide general administrative support:
scheduling, reporting, and maintaining program records. Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation; support logistics coordination. Collaborate with program teams to drive continuous improvement through systems integration and business process optimization. Supervisory Responsibilities None Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. 3+ years of professional experience in administrative support, business analysis, or program operations. Experience in quality assurance, data analysis and administrative support in a federal contracting environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business analysis tools. Familiarity with inventory tracking, contract deliverable management, and logistics coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Preferred Qualifications and Education Experience supporting Department of Defense or Special Operations Forces (SOF) programs. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), CAPM, or similar industry certification. Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, dashboards, data modeling). Military background or significant knowledge of government/military operations and contracting environments. Ability to support cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-security environments. Work Authorization / Security Clearance requirements Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds. Willingness to travel up to 5-10% domestically and internationally to support customer locations.
