Full Job Description Business Accounting Analyst General:

The Business Accounting Analyst will work withing a wide range of management teams to identify, review, analyze and report findings of various business cases for store and entity-wide improvements to the Board of Managers on a regular and/or ad hoc basis. This position involves a high level of data analysis, reporting, common sense

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze data for potential business opportunities and efficiency improvements Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them Assist with project management for selected projects Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity Test business processes and recommend improvements Identify automation opportunities Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators Develop and maintain reporting tools Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling Collaborate with finance and operations department to roadmap planning and workforce optimization Other duties as assigned

Necessary Skills:

Data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Superior presentation skills Strong management and organizational skills Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills In depth knowledge of all Zaxby’s related software programs Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with financial modeling and data visualization software a plus (Tableau, Power BI, Data Rails) Pay will be based on experience.
