Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Take full ownership of assigned projects, providing leadership and guidance to ensure objectives are met within defined constraints (scope, time, budget, quality) Organization Change Management (OCM)
Leadership:
Help drive change initiatives, assess change impact, develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption of the change, minimize resistance to organizational, process, and technology changes Develop Change Management Strategies which include Stakeholder engagement, Sponsorship, Coaching, Communications across different stakeholder groups, and manage change readiness
Technical Oversight:
Leverage technical expertise to understand project requirements, identify potential challenges, and provide solutions Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, creating schedules, allocating resources, and managing risks Monitor progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients Provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project delivery
