Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Parts Order Management Advisor to join our team in Smyrna, GA . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full order process—from initial customer request to final delivery. What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding parts, order status, and shipping details Process parts orders, custom quotes, and applications accurately Confirm inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for fulfillment Maintain customer accounts, order history, and preferences Resolve issues related to orders, billing, and returns Ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business Participate in training on new products and systems Contribute ideas for improving customer service and operations
What You Bring:
Parts order experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with CRM and order processing systems (SAGE preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with inventory/order tracking Forklift operation experience is a plus Strong basic math skills Why Join Us?
