SaaS Leadership Full Job Description Overview:
The Staff Technology team enables the Chick-fil-A digital enterprise by partnering on purpose to empower business transformation. From technology consulting and design to implementation and maintenance, the team is responsive to stakeholder business requirements while bringing a forward looking, systems mindset and approach to the work. Key audience segments within the purview of this sub-team include Chick-fil-A, Inc Staff members and select vendor partners. Key functional partnerships include Talent Experience, Learning & Development, and Organizational Strategy & Planning. This position will lead the team responsible for supporting Chick-fil-A’s People & Planning Systems. As our Corporate Staff members continue to increase, we aim to use and maintain the best technology platforms to support this growth. In this role, you will lead a team serving as a liaison between, Digital Transformation & Technology and the Talent Experience, Learning & Development and Organizational Strategy & Planning departments, providing both custom built and SaaS technical and functional solutions to support Chick-fil-A’s growth. Responsibilities:
Leads, assesses, and mentors a team of business and systems analysts with in-depth knowledge about their specific domains. Serves as a trusted technology advisor to the Talent Experience, Learning & Development and Organizational Strategy & Planning departments, influencing, maintaining and executing on 3-year technology roadmaps. Assigns work and provides guidance on prioritization to the team to ensure delivery of business outcomes. Partners with the business and other areas of DTT to enable new capabilities (i.e. GenAI solutions, analytics) Executes on departmental plans and adapts depending upon resources or challenges. Manages the team’s budget. Maintains clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and feedback. Identifies opportunities to implement technology or automation within areas of support. Identifies opportunities to align work in multiple areas to maximize value to Chick-fil-A. Leads vendor selection process for new SaaS products and oversees team on technical implementation. Oversees implementation and maintenance of candidate and staff privacy compliance. Assists with legal contracting and leads quarterly business reviews for new and existing vendors. Partners with and oversees vendors for enhancements and integrations to systems. Selects and oversees external workers allocated to the team to meet business demands and goals.
