Atlanta, GAAs a Business Consultant, you willbe: Responsible for mentoring business and HR Innovation &Experience partners in developing and implementing technicalsolutions, aiming to improve process efficiency for centralinitiatives. Works as part of a team of systems experts who are identifiedto improve efficiency and drive central initiatives and projectsforward. Partners closely with the broader HR Innovation & Experienceoperational team, operations solution partners, and Business usersto define business requirements, assess technology needs, and drivethe continuous improvement of Talent system features in-line with aunified release strategy. Aids work stream in driving towards enhanced experience andfunctionality as it relates to Talent programs including but notlimited to; collaborate on Talent annual processes, support anongoing onboarding solution, and resolve technical issues withinthe Talent Management system. Works closely with different teams, such as IT development, IToperations, and business operations, to resolve challengingcustomer and partner concerns that involve multiple processes andsystems. Assists with the implementation and coordination of businessprocess changes, data accuracy audits and end user training. Contributes to HR projects as a crucial member of amulti-functional team to support the delivery for HR Services. Works with HR partners, HR SAP COE, and technology partners toroll out plans for deployment of new products and features, as wellas coordinates and prioritizes system defect resolution andenhancements in support of the HR COEs.
The ideal candidate willhave: 5+ years of supporting/implementing SuccessFactorssolutions MS Office Suite expert Talent Admin Support Previous experience in end-to-end implementations of SAPon-premises, SuccessFactors Core, Employee Central, or relatedSuccessFactors system modules. Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational technologycompany is a plus. Understanding of U.S. requirements and compliance for newemployee Onboarding processes Experience developing detailed reporting within SuccessFactorsreporting tools (Ad-Hoc, Online Report Designer (ORD), CanvasReporting, People Analytics)Qualified candidates should APPLY NOWfor immediate consideration! PAY RANGE ANDBENEFITS
Pay Range:
$100•$108 Per hour.
Pay range offered to asuccessful candidate will be based on several factors, includingthe candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specificjob duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:
(Minimum) 5+ years of supporting/implementing SuccessFactors solutions(Succession, Performance & Goals, Onboarding 1.0, CareerDevelopment, Platform) MS Office Suite expert (Particularly Excel formulas, being ableto analyze data) Talent Admin Support (This role will work closely with Talent &Development leads and HR Business Partners) Previous experience in end-to-end implementations of SAPon-premise, SuccessFactors Core, Employee Central, or relatedSuccessFactors system modules. Must have prior experience strategically cultivating andsupporting solutions; working both independently & within a teamenvironment. Experience in effectively communicating technical concepts andprocesses using clear, simple language and visuals, as well asperforming high-impact projects across a matrixedorganization. A demonstrated ability to optimally plan, set priorities,allocate resources and manage several complex product releasessimultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment to deliverresults is required.
