Months Job Description:
Knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .NET framework preferred).
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath framework and Workato.
Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus.
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to map out and document complicated processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment even during times of ambiguity.
Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize assignments in a dynamic work environment.
Advanced Excel level, proficient with all other Office applications a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things.
