Job OverviewThe role involvescreating customer loyalty and promoting retention by responding toescalated customer concerns accurately and promptly. The successfulcandidate will collaborate with the Field Team and Dealerships toresolve cases effectively and manage a Customer One Accommodation(C1A) budget according to policy and research.

Overall Deliverables:

Responsibilities Manage escalated customer inquiries from various sources,including phone, email, fax, and media, covering issues related toproducts, services, recalls, sales, warranty, legal, publicrelations, technical, and marketing. Accurately document and update customer and vehicle informationin MBUSA internal systems, ensuring complete and correctrecords. Research escalated cases thoroughly, involving dealerships andField personnel as needed, including investigating customer andvehicle details. Be knowledgeable about all aspects of Customer OneAccommodation (C1A), including negotiation, communication, anddemonstrating customer retention value to internal and externalgroups. Understand and apply the Closed Loop Process, ensuring timelyfollow-up and resolution of cases through effective communicationand negotiation. Support and mentor Executive Referral Managers and providetraining for new staff.

QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degreefrom an accredited institution with emphasis in: Business Administration Business ManagementKnowledge and Experience2-4 years ofexperience in:

Administration:

Knowledge of administrative procedures, processdevelopment, and system procedures.

Business:

Understanding of fundamental business practicesimpacting success and profitability.

Business Management:

Knowledge of strategic planning, resourceallocation, leadership, human resources, and processefficiency.

Requirements & Conditions Ability to work flexible hours and schedules. Domestic travel required. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
