Months Job Overview:

We are seeking two highly skilled Customer Service Management (CSM) Developers to support Retail Service Management (RSM) enhancements , leveraging ServiceNow’s Now Platform . This role focuses on workflow optimization, workspace configurations, portal enhancements, and business rule implementations , ensuring seamless customer service operations across retail channels .

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Service Management (RSM) Enhancements & Workflow Optimization Implement Service Definitions to restrict case visibility based on location-specific services . Develop workflows for case escalations , ensuring seamless customer support management . Configure CSM workspaces and dashboards for real-time agent performance tracking . Optimize location portals , enabling priority modifications and escalations for users. Technical Development & Solutioning Lead form updates, new field configurations, and business rule implementations . Write scripts to add roles to groups/group types , improving user access control . Provide technical options and recommendations , ensuring optimal system design decisions . Develop system-driven logic to categorize cases, interactions, and incidents within Service Desk .

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

Experience with Retail Service Management (RSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) . Expertise in workflows, workspaces, dashboards, and portal configurations . Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform , specifically Now Assist, SLA, and case management tools . Ability to write scripts for role-based access control and workflow automation . Familiarity with AI-powered chatbots and GenAI recommendations in customer service solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with ServiceNow integrations for retail site operations . Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills for complex technical requirements. Ability to provide technical guidance on workflow optimization and portal enhancements .
