As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Business Planning and Strategy. You will learn the ins and outs of a top-ranked construction firm, work with senior leadership, receive on-the-job training and education, and be given responsibilities to contribute to the success of the Strategy Group and Skanska USA Building. You’ll also have opportunities to dive deeper into your interests within Skanska, whether that be learning more about our sustainability and resiliency efforts, engaging with our Science+Technology Advisory Council, becoming more data literate , or learning more about new technologies deployed on jobsites. This role will be a critical member of the USA Building Strategy Group, a team that includes the Business Development, Business Planning, Marketing, Market Strategy, Data Solutions, and Emerging Technology functions. Strategy Analyst Required Qualifications:

Proficient working ability with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, but also Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc. Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI , or Tableau. 1+ Years of experience in a corporate environment. Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
