Job Description:

Members of the Finance organization at select locations willgenerally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includestwo days of in-office attendance each week, with limitedexceptions.

Meet the Team You will work with the Senior Manager of GlobalProcurement Services (GPS) Business Insights & Data Enablement andteam in this highly transparent position, lead interactions withall levels within the organization and drive actionable results.

You will be exhibiting validated project management,organizational, and interpersonal skills while. Understanding business processes, finding opportunities forimprovements, and supporting them with data intelligence. Data analysis and data extraction from multiple sources(Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle etc.) Becoming proficient in multiple disciplines within Procurementto assure optimum stakeholder interlock and outstandingresults. Support reporting application platforms by working withinternal and external partners Design and development of reports for the delivery of businessintelligence Development and delivery of key operational metrics Your Impact Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where prioritiesand tasks can change frequently. Strong analytical skills with ability to accurately identifysophisticated situations and determine impacted populations. Knowledge and understanding of SQL or SAS. Validated ability to work independently as well as in a groupenvironment. Detail oriented with effective oral and written communicationskills. Experience with mining data, reviewing the data and generatingroot cause analysis. Possess in depth-knowledge of business systems and datastructure. Ability to influence and build an environment that fosterscollaboration and credible challenge across multiple groups Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multiplelevels of operations team members, including senior levelmanagers.
