Business Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)
. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs and collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Rate Range:

$53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support project goals and strategic initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Support testing efforts by validating solutions against requirements and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business process modeling software.

Pay Details:
